Delivery
We will make every effort to despatch goods within two working days, and hope to achieve delivery to UK addresses within seven days of receipt of your order.
Please allow 30 days for overseas delivery


Standard Delivery
UK orders over £10 qualify for free postage and packing and are despatched using Royal Mail or by courier, depending on the size and the weight of the parcel.  Proof of postage is obtained in all cases.   All UK orders under £10 will be charged according to the size and weight of the parcel based on Royal Mail's prices. The appropriate charge will automatically be added to your order at Check Out when you confirm your delivery address.  Secret Crafter cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post.

International Delivery
International orders are despatched using Royal Mail International Delivery service. The price will vary depending on the weight of the parcel based on Royal Mail's prices. The appropriate charge will automatically be added to your order at Check Out when you confirm your delivery address.

If your country is not coming up as delivery option please email us to sort out the delivery

The package is not tracked, however Proof of Postage is obtained.  Secret Crafter cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post.

Refund/Return
Orders must be returned by 10 days from date of order.  All items must be unused and still in their original packaging for a full refund. Postage and packaging price will not be refunded.

Faulty items will be exchanged but it is your responsibility to return them to us. Replacements will only be despatched upon receipt of the faulty item.
